Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Another pattern repeat on the sleeve, and 10 rows on the armwarmer. Figured I should try to keep going even though I'm very tired. Don't know if I'll be able to keep up the pace over the next week or so.

The skip arrives tomorrow afternoon, and then I'll be dismantling rotting sheds. Already made a start, but there's an awful lot to do and it's exhausting work.

Does anyone know anything about Tunisian Crochet? I saw a lovely sweater but I’ve never tried it and don’t know how hard it is to learn. Any thoughts or advice? (Positive or negative - I’d rather someone tell me not to if it’s really hard - now isn’t a good time for too hard as I’m using my crafting to relax) . Hope it’s okay for me to ask this here.

I made two little felt mittens today. Three down, 22 more to go. Unless I feel the urge to make some grey ones ad well...

Thanks. It will be extreme, so the crafting might well drop off for a bit although I hope I'll still get some done. Once the skip arrives I can start filling it. There's no shortage of stuff already piled and waiting, and I still need to find a good shed to replace the big one. *sigh*

Of course it's okay to ask, this community is for everything craft-related, and seeking help / advice is encouraged.

Sadly, although I've heard of Tunisian crochet, I haven't tried it so I can't help, but hopefully someone else can. If you don't get a reply to this thread, you can always make a separate post to ask.

I did a bit more work on Eeyore but also moved across to head in the other direction from Tigger and so Winnie the Pooh now has arms, nothing else, but at least Tigger has something to tug on *grin*
