Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've finished the rib and the first 12 row pattern repeat. Yay!

Also had another go at taking photos of the last two sweaters. Hoping I've got some decent shots to choose from, but the next problem will be getting them off the camera and onto the computer. I'll probably have top boot up the old laptop, put them on there and then download onto a USB stick, but it'll have to wait for a while. The old laptop takes forever to get working.

It's growing well! A 12 row repeat doesn't sound too bad - unless it's very complicated.

Thanks! It's an easy pattern, which was what I wanted after the last two, some double moss stitch panels between quite simple lace panels. There's a tiny bit of cabling on row 11, but that just adds a bit of variety to proceedings.

It's exciting! I've been wanting to knit up this yarn since I found it - it's the mystery yarn I don't remember buying. Such a lovely dark red. 😁

Well, we're getting old, too. We can't blame our devices for the same thing happening to them.

True, I'm as cranky and difficult to keep going as my camera, and as slow to get moving as the old laptop. *grins*
