Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Haven't been feeling well today so I haven't done as much as I'd hoped to, but there are now 24 rows of rib on the fuchsia sweater. I need 29 before I do the increase row.

I tried the top on last night over my t-shirt and it looks like the armhole will work as it is, so now I just have to do the other side the same and sew up the seams.

That's quite a wide ribe for your fuchsia sweather. I'm glad the armholes looks to be working - I hope you made a note of how you did it :)

A couple of rows knitting, a bit of cross stitch, but I've mostly been doing other things today.

Still, every little bit counts. And that zentangle thingy is really interesting. I never saw anything like this before.

I did work a bit on Theo's cookbook, but not in a manner that I could take photos of two mirroring pages. Tomorrow, I promise! I also printed out/wrote up/photocopied some recipes, so I hope to finish the inner pages tomorrow. Then only the front cover will be left.

It does, which is a true relief. It seems I'll be free to write in July, after all.

That would be very nice, I've been battling whatever this is for weeks. Some days I think I'm getting better, then next day I'm worse again *sigh* Might have to talk to the doctor again.

It's the same as I did for the last two sweaters. I like a deep rib.

I always make notes as I'm knitting. Saves me having to remember stuff.

I wrote more fic! ...and now I really want to play Final Fantasy XII again.

Also did a few rounds on the fingerless mitts. Probably not going to do any more today though, I've got plans for video gaming + programming. I'm teaching myself Python by working through a book called Code This Game! Okay, it's aimed at kids, but I've worked through the book before on another computer and found it very well laid out in how it teaches concepts, so it will be fun to work through it again.

I am making significant progress on the cross stitch about 70% done.

I went to the craft store today to get a magnet for my younger son's paper mache Death Star and ended up getting two kits from the Pride self [40% off!]. I haven't done any pride crafts this June, but these are cheery [felt & hot glue & some of my burnt epithelial cells :)]

Enjoy your game play. Impressed that you're trying to learn game coding. I'm a complete dunce when it comes to anything technical with computers. Too me forever just to learn to do cuts.

Sounds like great progress on the cross stitch, and the Pride flowers are gorgeous, so bright and cheerful, decorative as well as relevant.
