Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Ah, Christmas TV! Managed to get three bees knitted while watching the Strongman Classic at the Royal Albert Hall =D

I've decorated the Christmas tree (over here we always put it up shortly before Christmas Eve) and started working on the upmost piece of my depressingly high pile of things-that-need-mending. Does that count?

They will still all have to be sewn up, stuffed, and the wings crocheted, but I'm pushing on with the knitting part.

Thanks. Have I mentioned that every single item on that tree is hand-made by me? Well, save for the single angel containing a piece of candy, which was a gift from a friend.

I finished darning a hole in a sock while I was at work. It's sat for a while do I was glad to get it done. Too bad I found 2 more socks with holes in my laundry this weekend.

Today's creative activity: I made rosemary-lemon evergreen tree cookies. They turned out great.

I've also been posting the ton of stuff sponsored in the Holiday Poetry Sale. That'll take weeks though.
