Hello to all members, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Today's Question: No question today.

If anyone has any questions of their own about the community, or suggestions for tags, questions to be asked on the check-in posts, or if anyone is interested in playing check-in host for a week here on the community, which would entail putting up the daily check-in posts and responding to comments, go to the Questions & Suggestions post and leave a comment.

I now declare this Check-In OPEN!

That's great the amount of progress you've made with your sweater, especially given how much gardening you've done. Good luck with the seeds!

I added several rows to the white scarf today. It is now longer than my laptop which is a 15 inch.

No needlework, much gardening this weekend. More seeds in the existing veg bed, started digging another, (with my partner) weeded soft fruits and put down cardboard to keep the weeds at bay until they establish, and then a team effort to get the trees in the orchard watered. (Plus the rotating plants out of the conservatory during the day and watering all the other things.)

This week I want to make a serious push to get my current spin finished so I can move on to other projects on the wheel. We’ll see if the universe plays nice ^_^;

A few varieties of strawberry and raspberry. A black currant, a blackberry, and a dessert gooseberry so far. I also have physalis seedlings in the conservatory that I will put there once the frost has past.

I finsihed the backside of my vest, with help from my aunt I got the left shoulder right before starting the front side. Had to redo parts of the right shoulder I did the last time, but it's fixed now and the two shoulders match. I can now also knit without needing help for a while :D

What kind of pattern is it?

Garden :D It's a bit too early to start properly here, but I have lots of seeds waiting for it to become warmer.

Yes, we have plenty of ample experience with the spreading of blackberries both in the UK and in the Pacific NW XD

We aren’t attempting to get everything in the first year.

Hooray for fixing things and for knitting without help! Knitting is hard,

I just get so demotivated when I have to spend time undoing things! I am not the most patient person, but I hope I will learn to keep my motivation up.

I think it will get me a good while to truly get the hang of knitting, but I shall do my best :)

Beautiful pattern :)

I did plant some seeds inside, sunflowers and coleus, and May is here soon and hopefully with it, heat. April have been cold!
