Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

The first of this pair of arm warmers is finished! Hoping I might have enough yarn for a couple of 70 row pairs as well. We'll see.

Made a green bean casserole and a pumpkin pie today. We are going to my parents' house tomorrow.

I have just started row 9 of 11 on the doily, hoping to make good progress tonight.

49 rows done on the blanket! I keep getting just short of milestones but I just didn't have time for another one.

I've finished Christmas Card 37 - the middle part is actually a lovely pale green and the baubles are dusted with silver and bronze glitter, respectively, all of which my smart(???) phone refused to bring forth on the picture - made two more cat-in-the-sack gift boxes, started the body of little angel #5 and even worked a bit on the snowman with a box. It's going to be very different from the YouTube original but so far I am content with it. If I'll manage to put the parts together so that it will actually look like a snowman is another matter; we'll see.

Tried yet more snowflake patterns for the kids, and I dislike them all. I don't know why I'm so picky this year. Grrr. Way this is going, kids might not get snowflakes... which I think will be fine because I'm making mini-stockings for them. I'm on the gusset decreases for the first one, can finish today but I need to work on the crocheted commission, so that's the plan for the evening.

I declared the first of the arm warmers to be long enough, and cast off. And then cast on its pair. I also pulled out an old crochet project and made a tiny bit of progress.
