Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Finished the body of the jumper, and just started one of the sleeves!

Woohoo! You're going to finish your sweater before I finish mine! (I have to sew mine up. Attaching sleeves, side seams, sleeve seams... Meh!)

I hate seaming. I did one or two projects that way, and decided there are more then enough seamless/raglan jumper patterns out there to keep me occupied for a lifetime, so why bother? ;)

I have arthritis and can't handle the weight of a whole sweater on my needles, it's hard enough with just the front and back when I'm knitting the neckband, so pieces are easier for me even if it means I have seams to sew.

Awesome that you can make sweaters without seams =D

Also, of course, all my patterns are very old, like from the 80s and 90s, so most of them are knitted in pieces anyway, lol!
