Hello to all members, passers-by, curious onlookers, and shy lurkers, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.

Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

No crafting yet, but hoping to knit a bit while watching TV.

Another three sorts of biscuits baked. I still have to fill and glaze two sorts of them, but I left that for tomorrow. There is no rush, after all.

I was really down thinking I hadn't done anything today, but I actually did a lot, my to-do list is just crazy. In no particular order:

I knitted more on the slipper. According to the pattern, I should be halfway through the toe, but my gauge is way off. I'm pretty sure I can make it work though.

I helped a friend write, edit, and post/submit/sign up their wishlists for fandomtrees and holiday_wishes. It's their first time doing holiday_wishes & they were so nervous, but they already have like 4 fills! Mine are not done. My fandomtrees is this close to being done (I edited it a lot today), but I haven't even startedy holiday_wishes list.

I decorated my online holiday tree at Subeta.

I made a list of the "if all things were possible" what holiday treats I would make this year, started a shopping list, and clarified some rules for the baking challenge I'm doing with a friend.

I vacuumed in preparation for my mother putting up the irl holiday tree.

I picked out colorful duct tape that might go well with the lid of the plastic tote I need to repair with it.

The paintings are still not all put away, but I cataloged, cleaned, and hung the ones that were hanging before the art show.

I also very carefully dismantled, cleaned, and repaired my cat's little cave house and put it back in it's box.

And I claimed July and October for Vexed_Wench and I to host our reoccurring bingos at allbingo next year. It will be our 11th round of Winterfest in July and our 10th round of Fall Fest.

I've been away from home for the last few days (and didn't pack any crafts for space/airport security reasons), but I finished my Rowandean kit when I got home last night!



I still have a jumper to finish.
Another Rowandean kit I want to do.
I was thinking about a stitch motif I wanted to experiment with on my trip which I did a little of and will keep mucking about with.
I need to order yarn for baby blankets. My son's godfather and godmother are having babies of their own (not with one another) in the spring!
