Hello to all members, and welcome to our regular daily check-in post. Just leave a comment below to let us know how your current projects are progressing, or even if they're not.
Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?
There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.
Today's Question: Whereabouts in the world are you located?
If anyone has any questions of their own about the community, or suggestions for tags, questions to be asked on the check-in posts, or if anyone is interested in playing check-in host for a week here on the community, which would entail putting up the daily check-in posts and responding to comments, go to the Questions & Suggestions post and leave a comment.
I now declare this Check-In OPEN!

I hail from England's East Midlands. I've lived here all my life, in fact I still live in the house I was born in.
Not much to show today craft-wise, but I was determined to do something so I knitted 2 rows on my arm warmers.
That's all I have the energy for thanks to having to shift a load of firewood logs from my driveway around to the back of the house and find somewhere to put them all. Logs are heavy and awkward and I really need a wheelbarrow *sigh* Stuffing them in bags and carrying them by hand took well over an hour and I'm really going to suffer but there's nobody else around to do the job and if I'd left them where they were someone would have nicked them, or they'd get wet.

You really have been busy! Wow! I got sick of moving logs and bought a garden trolley and it's been so useful for moving awkward things like mulch and wood. Yay arm warmers!

I want a wheelbarrow. My arms and shoulders are hurting now, and my back and hips aren't impressed either. I'm too old for log lugging, and nowhere near strong enough. *collapses*

I have begun knitting another owl. (I like owls.)

Yay for another knitted owl! I adore owls. This house was called Two Hoots, but the sign we had above the door fell down one day and just missed me. It never got put back up.

I've always loved owls because they're awesome birds. They just also happen to be good crafting subjects.

I don't envy you your snow! Watching Netflix and knitting sounds like an excellent plan for the snowy weather.
