Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I decided it would be easier to find what I wanted if I sorted my delt scraps by colour, blues in one bag, greens in another, yellows and oranges together... Worked at that for 2.5 hours this afternoon while ripping some more CDs and I still haven't sorted it all. Still got purples, greys, brown, and white all mixed together. Maybe I'll get the job finished tomorrow.

I cut out 2x12 cards in two sizes for the baby-book-to-be, but that was all the crafting I managed today. Baking took up most of my time. I'm starting to get nervous about the deadline. Must find out when that baby is due to come.

Oh dear! I did the same with my paper scraps when making the three baby books simultaneously. It is so much work, but in the end worth it.

It's still progress! Cutting card takes a lot of careful measuring, not something to be rushed.

Yes, I'm already seeing it will be easier to find what I want, but it's a big job, and time-consuming.

I think I knitted at some point today? Things have been a bit bonkers lately and I'm having trouble keeping my days straight. I'm currently on the fourth not-a-baby-blanket. It's a bit over half done, though I worry about it holding together. At the beginning of this one, the yarn split while I was knitting and I'm not sure how secure I managed to get things.

Lynne also canceled our crafting session tomorrow, which only has me concerned because I'm not sure she remembers there is a big festival this weekend (our town population tends to double for four days) and she needs to do any sort of shopping or other errands before then, if possible. I'll try to remind her when I have the energy to call.

Very few people CAN cut straight lines. I envy those few who can.
