Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Went back to my unfinished multicoloured arm warmers and finished the first one by adding 36 rows, then did 12 rows on the second one. I had to unpick several rows on the first one when I realised I'd dropped a stitch second in from the end. Normally I'd use a crochet hook to fix the problem, but with it being an edge stitch it was just impossible.

(The reason for so much knitting was Dancing on Ice on TV *grins*)

I did a small cross stitch kit today and a few winter crafts. Small things day. I have tomorrow off too so I'm gonna try to add some rows to the scarves.



I also picked up some alpaca yarn on Friday for a shawl and got to meet the alpacas which was really neat.

Thanks. I would have had at least another 4 rows done if I hadn't needed to unpick and re-do, but mistakes happen.

I procrastinated on the belt mounts by setting some pearls and garnets into flowers settings for a new circlet I'm making. (Another unfinished thing.)

And that's why I don't knit! All it takes is one wrong stitch. Though I can't blame you for being more glued to DOI than your knitting. It's become my Monday night guilty pleasure. :)

I've watched DoI from the first episode of the first season, when JB was a contestant and I was gutted when he got voted out because he was doing so well! It's great having him as a judge now.

I usually notice dropped stitches immediately, but yeah, I was distracted...
