I've just figured it out yesterday! In the bit with the main SETTINGS part, you can MANAGE PHOTOS. Click into that, and you can add photos (either drag and drop or upload from PC.) Then it gives you the source code to copy paste into the comment or post and while the pic doesn't show in the comment when you type it, it shows up when it's posted up. You have to do that before you comment, so it's ready in your photos album. It took me the best part of 4 hours to work that out. sigh.
