Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Set the pattern on the sleeve and so far I've done 10 rows. I'll be watching TV before much longer so I'll hopefully get a decent amount of rows done then.

No crafts for me today. We had our bi-weekly cleaning frenzy, which Mum extended by a few additional tasks due to the approaching Spring, so I was completely raided afterwards. What little time I had left I spent writing.

Some work on the bag today. The first skein of yarn is starting to feel skimpy, so with luck I can finish off the skein tomorrow. I bought three skeins for the bag, but don't think it will take all three. Maybe just over two? We'll see.

I've been doing a lot of comfort purchasing lately, due to life craziness, and that includes a purchase I made tonight: I bought this pattern off Ravelry: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/of-sails-and-waves

and also bought a scrumptious yarn from Colourmart for it. It's my first Colourmart purchase but I've heard really good things about them. The yarn is a Cashmere / Silk / Merino mix. I've never used Cashmere before but am looking forward to trying it.

Crocheted while my car was getting its oil changed and only had to frog like 1/4 of a row! And it looks much less of a pyramid so far??????

Trying to get a bit of switch off time from everything else so I've started on a book of Mandalas to colour. Did a couple of Sunday and part of one yesterday.
