Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Small victory

I've finished the front pages of all five Hello Kitty booklets, and I'm happy with the outcome. Considering all that finicky work I had to do with the individual details of the windows and doors and stuff, I haven't made too many mistakes. At least not too obvious ones. *g*

Finished the last round on the cardigan a bit ago, and seamed up the arms. Now to seam the back (joins the two halves). On the fence about adding pockets. I might wear it a couple of times and decide.

Identified a new bird visitor today, again by sound because it was hiding in the hedge, a red breasted nuthatch. It is probably visiting due to the suet cake.

turkey rug stitch will absolutely be the death of me. I did a chunk today, got some advice from a friend, and ripped it all out to start over. SIGH.

No crafting today. There was far more cleaning than was expected and I was so spacey, I was lucky to remember my own name. Hopefully, tomorrow will go better after grocery shopping.
