Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I hope you'll get better, soon. Heating got started in our building; it's minimal, but the rooms feel marginally warmer now, thank goodness.

With the prices going up so much I need to hold off on lighting the fire for a few more weeks. Not fun, but I don't have much choice.

It wasn't our decision, actually. When the community consisting of two buildings and 440 families (or rather the people assigned to the day-to-day tasks of keeping the buildings in shape) asks the heating company to start, they will do so.

Nice for you though, if it's as chilly where you are as it is here. If I could afford it my heating would be on.

Yeah, it will bump up our heating bill as well. Still, it's nice to have it just that tiny bit warmer.

Energy prices need to be brought back down. The energy companies are making massive profits. My coal bill will likely go up by £60 a load, that's for about a month, it's a huge price jump, an extra £6 a bag. And that's on top of the rise in electricity prices. Where I'm going to find the extra money, I don't know.
