Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

Got a bit more tidying done this morning, then got on with some writing because I needed to get something written and posted for a challenge. The plan was to get out in the garden for a bit this afternoon, but as I was finishing my writing, I looked out the window and it was raining.

Thankfully it didn't last too long. I got a bit dripped on when I went out, but I got a couple of hours out there. I cleared some of the brambles that have grown back, gut down the docks before they can start shedding seeds everywhere, and tackled a mess of massive rosebay willowherb almost as tall as I am. I must have yanked out over 30 plants, and they'll probably grow back from the roots that got left in the ground, but at least I've prevented them from flowering and shedding seeds. For now, anyway. My back and arms hurt, but at least I got something done.

I tend to overdo everything. I'll survive the aches and pains though. The worst part was accidentally grabbing a bramble...

I did, I was quite pleased with myself! Not that it's really made a visible difference to the garden...

I'm resting, honest! This morning I am, this afternoon I hope to get back out there for an easier task. Sticky weed! Stupid stuff is taking over, so I want to get at least some of it out.
