Checking in is NOT compulsory, check in as often or as seldom as you want, this community isn't about pressure it's about encouragement, motivation, and support. Crafting is meant to be fun, and what's more fun than sharing achievements and seeing the wonderful things everyone else is creating?

There may also occasionally be questions, but again you don't have to answer them, they're just a way of getting to know each other a bit better.

I've sewn up and stuffed ten of the meeces! That leave just another 15 to do.

Hopefully not too fat, just comfortable. If I stuff them too much the stitches stretch and the stuffing shows through.

I've just finished a Beloved bonnet for my little niece, who has grown out of the previous one I made her, and now I'm just over halfway done another one for her soon-to-be brother, my new nephew, who's set to arrive in the next 2–3 weeks.

I'm also finally, belatedly, about to start the jumper I'm making her for Christmas. The wet-blocked gauge of my swatch was adequate and I'm planning to get started for real tonight!

What a cute and very practical baby bonnet! Bonnets are something I loved to make back when my sister was expecting. Scary thinking how long ago that was now!
