Ugh, so frustrating when the gauge is so far off. Hopefully the smaller size will give you a comfortable fit. It's no fun having to frog an almost complete project, all that time wasted with nothing tp show for it. (I have the front and two sleeves of a sweater to undo because it's just never going to fit me).
