I am working on my cross stitch gift for my sister. I am almost finished with one of four panels. Her birthday isn't until mid July so still on target.

My sons are out of school so it's craft time. We are working from a book called Star Wars Maker Lab. Older son is working on Anakin's Mechno-Arm and younger son on Death Star Tractor Beam. The latter required us doing paper mache, him for the first time and me for the first time in a long time. Messy!

It's a question from reddit: help, my grandma made me a swastika-looking quilt that I don't feel comfortable with; what do I do with it? I thought it was interesting reading the different responses--from quilters and non-quilter alike.
