I have this pretty second-hand shirt... that lacked a bottom hem. My mom kindly did it with her sewing machine, saying it'd be better than letting me do it by hand. But, she accidentally sewn the flap slightly folded over itself. So I had to carefully take a few stitches out and redo them anyway. Also, I had to get back up yesteday evening to take a scratchy label out of my pants. (How did I even manage before I had my seam-ripper??)
