I went outside to continue clearing my patio area, got in about 90 minutes of work before it started spitting rain at me, so I came in. I did get done the main thing I'd planned to do, uprooting a massive bramble that climbed up through the holly tree, arched across to the philadelphus and dangled down the other side. I didn't measure it, but it was at least 15 foot. It's all cut up now and in the bin.
After I came in, I decided to dig out some cross stitch, the last of the rose designs I was stitching last year. I'd only stitched the border, so I thought I'd start on the rose itself, and the needles and needle threader weren't in the magazine where they were supposed to be. I had to find another needle, so I only got a tiny bit of stitching done.
