So, after re-establishing the original configuration of the flat (save for the bath... and the kitchen where all that stuff from the bath went) I actually felt inspired to do some crafting. If for no other reason than to save the last shreds of my sanity. I filled some little plastic bottles with glitter powder and the beads of a broken necklace, creating something akin a snow globe effect, and decorated them with translucent stickers. They look really great.
Also, I recycled eighteen ribbon rosettes, complete with paper flower background, that someone wanted to get rid off. I fixed the rosettes to the flowery background again; I think they look good enough that way, too. If the sun deigns to show its face tomorrow, I'll take a photo of the whole bunch (and also of the Santa pencil holder; I still owe you guys that on).
On the surprise box front, I've reached #110; assuming I've counted right. But I'll have Mum re-count them anyway before the fair. She's the one with the head for numbers.
