Hopefully you can use it in a more enjoyable way. Personally, I'd rather just eat it with a really good brown bread, or melted on toast. It doesn't need anything else. I am a certified Cheddar lover *grins*
(My mum used to make a brilliant cheese and potato pie, just boil potatoes, let them cool, mash them, mix with plenty of grated cheese, fill a pastry case like you're making a quiche, then bake in the oven. No idea how long to bake it for though, or how high. Sometimes she'd put sliced tomato on the top before baking. It was delicious, hot or cold.)
